Webb Development provided turn-key construction of a bioretention basin and walking trails at the Altria Headquarters in Henrico, VA. This was the final phase of a major expansion of the facility in 2020. The construction scope consisted of clearing, erosion control, earthwork, storm pipe, installation of an intricate 4-layer bioretention basin, stone and asphalt installation, and permanent seeding. The project was delivered ahead of schedule and in accordance with the project specifications.
