Webb Development is the Prime Contractor for Henrico County’s Annual Easement Clearing Contract, which consists of clearing utility easements so that the DPU crews can inspect and maintain their system. Much of this work is accessed through residential areas so, the citizen’s safety and convenience are of the utmost importance. Webb Development takes pride in providing this service in a professional and polite manner, causing minimal inconvenience to the County’s residents.
